Crystal Fox, MS, RD, LDN, IEDS
Hi, I'm Crystal Fox, CEO and founder of Northeast Louisiana Center for Eating Disorders, as well as a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Nutrition Therapist in practice since 2007. Out of my 19 years of practice, I have treated eating disorders for 14 of those years at various levels of care. As an RD and IEDS, I specialize in nutrition therapy for individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic illnesses like diabetes, or anyone looking to heal their overall relationship with food and body. I practice from a non-diet approach alongside the Health At Every Size (HAES) and intuitive eating principles. As a recovered clinician myself, my personal journey, combined with my expertise in working with eating disorders, allows me to support my clients with compassion and understanding, meeting them where they are in their own recovery process. I truly believe that full recovery is possible, and it is my mission to bring hope and healing to those who struggle with eating disorders. Clinical Director
Dr. Hill holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Louisiana Tech University, along with a post-doctoral Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology. She has also earned Master’s degrees in Psychometrics and Counseling and Guidance from the University of Louisiana-Monroe and Louisiana Tech University, respectively. With extensive experience in counseling, evaluation, and medication management for adults, children, couples, and families, Dr. Hill conducts a variety of court-related evaluations, including custody evaluations, competency assessments, and risk evaluations. She provides comprehensive evaluations and treatment for learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, ADHD, and other mental health disorders. Additionally, Dr. Hill has specialized expertise in treating patients with eating disorders, emphasizing a health at every size approach and integrating nutrition therapy into her practice. She evaluates and collaborates with our NELA ED Care team to ensure excellent, evidence based care. Dr. Hill exclusively practices and treats clients in Louisiana.
